  1. So my presumption is that the robot is set up to strike the ball with a square club face and path that is square to the target. While this is great that does not show what the vast majority of golfers have which is an over the top swing path to the left and normally a open face relative to the swing path. It would be useful to actual see testing where a somewhat open face and pull swing path does to the results. At about 3:40 in the video the chart shows that the G430 Max has a noticeably more left bias then the G430 SFT and G440 SFT. That would suggest the Ping engineers don’t know what they are doing. Maybe this is the case if you hit a perfectly square path and face but again that is not the norm for most amatuer golfers. A test of these drivers with an out to in swing path and open face would likely show that the SFT, then Max and lastestly the LST are the preferred choices to minimize a right ball flight. Thoughts or am I misinterpreting the data they present>

  2. I went with the LST after this video, I tend to put a spin on the ball and need no help adding any, so far it has had a great impact on my game. I would say the LST is like a detuned (maybe ultra tuned) max or K. If someone says you need the max or k…tell them you want to try the LST.
