I used to have a $40 chipper off Amazon, did the trick just fine for me. I used it around the green but also if I was short of the green with no danger in front of me I would use it as far as 20 yards away with a longer stroke. I gave it to my wife to make room for a gap wedge but sometimes miss the ease of using it over my 8i for the same shots
